Chris Davoud has purchased the 3-acre site at 12201 Deergrove Road in Chesterfield County, located off Hull Street Road (Route 360), east of Route 288, from CHESN Enterprises LLC.  Byron Holmes handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.
