PSR 1101 LLC purchased the 59,800 SF office/warehouse building at 1101 East Laburnum Avenue in Henrico County from Sovereign Holdings LLC.  Kevin Cox represented the seller, and Dick Porter handled the sale negotiations on the buyer’s behalf.
