Baughan Truck Repair LLC has purchased 10.697 acres on Charles City Road in the East End of Henrico County from Medalist Properties 2A LLC and WRE-BYRD 2 LLC.  Cliff Porter handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf, and Dick Porter represented the buyer.
