2035 Broad LLC has purchased the 9,528 SF office/retail building at 2035 West Broad Street in the City of Richmond from Dziuba Inc., with plans to lease the building.  Dick Porter and Wilson Flohr handled the marketing and negotiations on the seller’s behalf.
