Lesueur-Richmond Slate Corporation has purchased thte 17,395 SF office/warehouse facility at 7730 Whitepine Road and the 7,200 SF office building at 7734 Whitepine Road in Chesterfield County from Airport Investments of Virginia LLC/AVSPRING Technologies LLC.  Byron Holmes handled the marketing and sale negotiations on behalf of the sellers.
