3 Sons Properties LLC has purchased the 8,814 SF office/warehouse building at 0.37 acres of land at 2507 Magnolia Road and 2600 Magnolia Street from Halloran Properties LLC. The property is located in Richmond’s East End, just off Mechanicsville Turnpike/Route 360. Kevin Cox represented the seller.
