Consolidated Process & Packaging LLC has purchased the 104,000 SF industrial facility at 23209 Airpark Road in Dinwiddie County, located off I-85 at Route 460, proximate to the location of one of Amazon.com’s distribution facilities currently under construction.  Dick Porter handled the marketing and negotiations on behalf of the seller.
