Former Richmond Bumper Facility Sold to Expanding Area Business
8820 Park Central Drive LLC has closed on the purchase of a modern 62,500 square foot industrial facility in Henrico County’s Park Central business park at a price of $3,325,000. The facility was formerly occupied by Richmond Bumper Inc., who relocated to the 200,000 square foot industrial facility at 8080 AMF Drive in Mechacnisville, VA (Hanover County) in the spring of 2015. The new ownership has plans to consolidate its existing operations into the Park Central facility, relocating from its current location in Scott’s Addition. Dick Porter handled the marketing and sale on behalf of the seller.
