Airpark Properties LLC has purcahsed the 33,000 SF office/warehouse building at 10423 Leadbetter Road in Hanover County from Leadbetter/Airpark Associates.  Bob Porter handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf, and Kevin Cox represented the buyer.
