Hanover Development Site Sold to Westco Richmond LLC

Westco Richmond LLC has purchased a 26.7-acre site at Sliding Hill and Air Park Road in Hanover County from B&T Rental LLC for $3,338,000. Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.
