Carl & Jodi Carden have purchased 134.5 acres at 7600 Old Town Road in Prince George County from Joyce Maxwell.  Bob Porter and Byron Holmes, both of Porter Realty Company Inc., and Wes Atiyeh of Long & Foster Realtors, handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.
