Huguenot Corridor Office Building Sold to Children Inc
Children Incorporated have purchased the 6,400 SF office building at 11513 Allecingie Parkway in Chesterfield County from Sivitas LLC. Kevin Cox represented the seller, and Byron Holmes handled the negotiations on the buyer’s behalf.
