Axtell LLC has purchased the 32,000 SF office/warehouse complex at 900 West Leigh Street in the City of Richmond from CAB Properties LLC.  The property includes a 1.7-acre parcel fronting on I-95 at Belvidere Street.  Dick Porter handled the negotiations on behalf of the seller.
