International Paper Company Sells Chesapeake Industrial Facility
Green Forest Wood Products has purchased the 130,000 SF industrial facility at 723 Fenway Avenue in the City of Chesapeake from International Paper. Bob Porter handled the marketing and negotiations on the seller’s behalf.
