Jefferson Davis Corridor Industrial Facility Sold to HMU

HMU Terminal Road II LLC has purchased the 127,000 SF industrial facility at 2819 Bells Road in the City of Richmond from Richmond Industrial LLC. Dick Porter handled the negotiations on the buyer’s behalf.
