Porter Realty Company Named to CoStar’s 2013 Power Broker List
Porter Realty Company Inc. has been selected by CoStar Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:CSGP), as a CoStar Power Broker Award winner, for being the best of the best in commercial real estate brokerage.
The annual recognition program spotlights the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases during the 2013 calendar year.
Dick Porter has also been named as an individual Power Broker in industrial leasing. Both Dick Porter and Cliff Porter received individual Power Broker recognition in industrial sales.
