Track Properties LLC has purchased the 15,000 SF office/warehouse at 10305 Hull Street Road in Chesterfield County from Lenward Wilbanks.  Byron Holmes handled the marketing and negotiations on the seller’s behalf, and Kevin Cox represented the buyer.
