RVA Fan Area Office Building Sold to James A. Wright
James A. Wright has purchased the 7,730 SF office building at 3500 Grove Avenue in Richmond’s Fan District from Warren Chiocca Whitehead LLC. Byron Holmes handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf, and Cliff Porter represented the buyer.
