Christen & Anne Nelson purchased the 115,000 SF office/warehouse facility at 100 Haley Road in Hanover County from Showcase Woodworking Ltd.  Bob Porter and Kevin Cox represented the seller in the marketing and sale of the property, and Dick Porter handled the negotiations on the buyer’s behalf.
