Terry’s Tire Town Expands By 60,000 SF at Fairgrounds Dist Center

Terry’s Tire Town has expanded its Henrico County operation into a total of 150,000 SF at the Fairgrounds Distribution Center on Carolina Avenue. Dick Porter handled the lease negotiations on the tenant’s behalf.
