Westover Commerce Park Office/Warehouse Facility Sold
N&M Development LLC has purchased the 7,000 SF office/warehouse facility at 5601 Biggs Road in the City of Richmond from Teresa A. Moulton. The site includes a detached 2,000 SF storage building and additional land for expansion. Dick Porter and Byron Holmes handled the marketing and negotiations on the seller’s behalf.
