Porter Realty Company Inc. has been selected by CoStar Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:CSGP), as a CoStar Power Broker Award winner, for being the best of the best in commercial real estate brokerage.  The annual recognition program spotlights the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases during the 2011 calendar year.

Two of Porter Realty’s brokers – Cliff Porter and Byron Holmes – have also been named as individual Power Brokers in industrial leasing.
