Chesterfield Industrial Facility Leased to Colonial Crossfit
Colonial Crossfit LLC has leased the 6,000 SF office/warehouse facility at 13543 Charlotte Court in Chesterfield County. Byron Holmes handled the negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.
