HB Freight & Logistics LLC has leased the 3,560 SF office/shop at 2201 East Belt Boulevard in the City of Richmond.  Dick Porter handled the lease negotiations.

Iron Horse Infrastructure LLC has leased 1,250 SF office/warehouse suite at 2410 Granite Ridge Road in Goochland County.  Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

Lambert’s Cable Splicing LLC has leased 37,690 SF of office/warehouse space at 8407 Erle Road in Hanover County.  Cliff Porter handled the lease negotiations.

Braveheart LLC has purchased the 7,500 SF office building at 3114 West Marshall Street in the City of Richmond from Abacus Corporation.  Dick Porter and Wilson Flohr handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

JTS Investors LLC has purchased the 10,000 SF office/warehouse facility at 2382 Lanier Road in Goochland County from MEB Rockville Associates LLC.  Bob Porter and Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

BidSmith Auctions has leased the 11,200 SF industrial facility at 10427 Dow Gil Road in Hanover County.  Cliff Porter represented the landlord.

Witmer Public Safety Group has leased 6,833 SF of office/warehouse space at 1612-1616 Ownby Lane in the City of Richmond.  Cliff Porter represented the landlord.

Multiple leases have been signed in the Hanover Industrial Air Park, with Kevin Cox handling the negotiations for each.  Solid Surface Countertops has leased 6,120 SF office/warehouse at 11201 Hopson Road, and C7 Works LLC has leased 2,2450 SF of office/warehouse space in the same complex.  United Leasing Corporation has also leased 1,200 SF of office space at 9671 Sliding Hill Road.

Chesterfield Fabrication & Welding Inc. has purchased a 0.93-acre site at 12650 Oaklake Crest Way in Chesterfield County from Donald J. Wright.  Byron Holmes handled the sale.

Porvair Filtration Group has leased the 55,740 SF office/warehouse facility at 301 Business Lane in Hanover County.  Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.
