The Estate of Harry Kranc has sold the 2,785 SF retail facility at 6025 Midlothian Turnpike in the City of Richmond to Joung Min Pak.  Byron Holmes handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

Martin Tow Line LLC has purchased 4 acres of land at 11285 Washington Highway in Hanover County from Wayne Hazzard and James Hill.  Kevin Cox represented the buyer.

Glanc Properties LLC has purchased the 12,500 SF office/warehouse facility at 10984 Leadbetter Road in Hanover County from Saunders Investment Properties LLC.  Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

Mas Tec Network Solutions has leased 10,000 SF of office/warehouse space at 11250 Hopson Road in Hanover County.  Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.

The ownership of Richmond Bumper Service Inc. has closed on the purchase of the 200,000 square foot industrial facility located at 8080 AMF Drive in Mechanicsville, VA (Hanover County).  The company will expand into the AMF Drive location over the next several months, relocating its existing operation from the 62,500 square foot facility it owns in Henrico County, at 8820 Park Central Drive.

Mount Sinai Properties-Ashland LLC has purchased the 29,090 SF office/warehouse facility at 10990 Air Park Road in Hanover County from Leadbetter/Air Park Associates LLC.  Bob Porter handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

Shriner Associates LLC has purchased the 3,216 SF retail/office building at 2028 West Cary Street in the City of Richmond from Joanne R. Ollett.  Wilson Flohr handled the negotiations on behalf of the seller.
