RLS Ashland LLC has purchased the automotive/warehouse complex at 418 South Washington Highway in Hanover County from Sheehy Investments Five LC.  Cliff Porter and Kevin Cox handled the sale negotiations.

Roseneath LLC has purchased the 3,640 SF office/warehouse facility at 1705 Dabney Road in Henrico County from D&S Property Rental LLC.  Wilson Flohr handled the sale negotiations.

Engineered Services has leased 6,160 SF office/warehouse at 2101 North Hamilton Street in the City of Richmond.  Cliff Porter handled the negotiations on the tenant’s behalf.

TMJ Storage has purchased the 21,144 SF office/warehouse facility at 1800 Coyote Drive in Chesterfield County from Village Bank.  Byron Holmes handled the sale negotiations on the buyer’s behalf.

J.L. Shockley Truck Service Inc. has leased the 4,000 SF office/warehouse facility at 13536 Charlotte Court, located off Old Stage Road in Chesterfield County.  Byron Holmes handled the lease negotiations.

FE4 Holdings LLC has purchased the 4,483 SF office condominium at 519 & 521 Branchway Road in Chesterfield County from First Community Bank.  Byron Holmes handled the sale negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

Chicago-based Becknell Industrial has completed the purchase of an 116,000 square foot multi-tenant distribution facility and 39.9 acres of land in the Airport Distribution Center located just outside of Richmond, Virginia in Henrico County’s East End.  Cliff Porter handled the sale on behalf of the seller, Birmingham-based Graham & Company, who purchased the site in 2006.  Becknell Industrial has retained Porter Realty Company as its exclusive agent for future development.  Click here for the full release.

SDMIE Holdings LLC has purchased the 2,400 SF office/warehouse facility at 2419 Grenoble Road in Henrico County.  Byron Holmes handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

Virginia Commonwealth University has purchased the 7,100 SF office/warehouse building at 9 West Cary Street in the City of Richmond from Lovette Partners LLC.  Bob Porter and Wilson Flohr handled the sale negotiations.

R.E. Michel has leased the 25,004 SF office/warehouse facility at 2400 Magnolia Road in the City of Richmond.  Cliff Porter handled the lease negotiations.

The Seniors Companion Inc. has leased 475 SF of office space at 9568 Kings Charter Drive in Hanover County.  Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.

South Atlantic Properties has sold two Hanover land sites – the first to MyFlex LLC, a 1.37-acre site at Atlee Commons Drive, and the second to 9606 Sliding Hill LLC, a 0.41-acre site at 9606 Sliding Hill Road.  Cliff Porter and Kevin Cox handled both sales.
