Becknell Industrial Announces Acquisition of Airport Distribution Center

Chicago-based Becknell Industrial has completed the purchase of an 116,000 square foot multi-tenant distribution facility and 39.9 acres of land in the Airport Distribution Center located just outside of Richmond, Virginia in Henrico County’s East End.  Cliff Porter handled the sale on behalf of the seller, Birmingham-based Graham & Company, who purchased the site in 2006.  Becknell Industrial has retained Porter Realty Company as its exclusive agent for future development.  Click here for the full release.

South Atlantic Properties has sold two Hanover land sites – the first to MyFlex LLC, a 1.37-acre site at Atlee Commons Drive, and the second to 9606 Sliding Hill LLC, a 0.41-acre site at 9606 Sliding Hill Road.  Cliff Porter and Kevin Cox handled both sales.
