Premier Fixtures LLC has leased 161,445 SF of bulk industrial space in Henrico County’s East End, in Building 300 of Hewlett Packard’s complex in the White Oak Distribution Center. The White Oak space will be in addition to their existing 230,000 SF plant near the Richmond International Airport, also in Henrico County. Clifford B.
