United Methodist Family Services of VA has leased 3,283 SF of office space at 5301 Robin Hood Road in Norfolk, VA.  Wilson Flohr represent the Tenant in lease negotiations.

Full Service Warehouse & Logistics, Inc. has leased 225,000 SF of warehouse space at 2801 Cofer Road in the City of Richmond.  Bob Porter represented the Landlord in lease negotiations and Dick Porter represented the Tenant.

RVA Historic Tours, LLC has leased 1,000 SF of warehouse space at 1609 E. Franklin Street in the City of Richmond.  Cliff Porter handled the negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

Hill Phoenix, Inc. has leased 334,950 SF of warehouse space at 1121 West Hundred Road in Chesterfield County.  Bob Porter and Dick Porter handled the negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

Clemons Warehouse LLC has purchased the 416,930 SF of office/warehouse space at 14174 Washington Hwy in Hanover County from Kepley Broscious & Biggs, PLC Trustee.  Bob Porter handled the negotiations on the buyer’s behalf.

Brookcreek Crossing LP has purchased 15.88 acres of land at 14700 Bridge Creek Drive in Chesterfield County from Twin Creek Properties, LLC.  Byron Holmes handled the negotiations on behalf of the buyer.

The City of Richmond purchased a portfolio of properties along the Commerce Road corridor from Ashbys Real Estate Investment LLC with plans to relocate their fleet maintenance facilities from the current location off North Boulevard in preparation for redevelopment of the 60-acre North Boulevard site.  The Commerce Road complex will house maintenance operations for City vehicles ranging from police cars to public works trucks.  Dick Porter represented the seller in the marketing and sale negotiations.

Misc Prop LLC purchased the 17,395 SF office/warehouse facility in Chesterfield County from LeSueur-Richmond Slate Corporation.  Byron Holmes handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

The Salvation Army has leased 80,000 SF of warehouse space at 8080 AMF Drive in Hanover County.  Cliff Porter handled the negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.
