Westco Richmond LLC has purchased a 26.7-acre site at Sliding Hill and Air Park Road in Hanover County from B&T Rental LLC for $3,338,000.  Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

Consolidated Process & Packaging LLC has purchased the 104,000 SF industrial facility at 23209 Airpark Road in Dinwiddie County, located off I-85 at Route 460, proximate to the location of one of Amazon.com’s distribution facilities currently under construction.  Dick Porter handled the marketing and negotiations on behalf of the seller.

EMAC LLC has purchased the 6.876 acres at 11523 Sun Shade Lane in Hanover County from Sus Shade Lane 11523, LLC.  Bob Porter represented the seller.

Cebelle Holdings Corporation has purchased the two-building complex totaling 16,000 SF at 12631 Oaklake Crest Way in Chesterfield County from Central Virginia Bank.  Byron Holmes handled the marketing and negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

SRRN Games has leased 3,234 SF of office space at The Boulders in Chesterfield County.  Bob Porter handled the negotiations on the tenant’s behalf.
