Mortgage Solutions II LLC has leased 9,000 SF of office/warehouse space at 5250 Air Express Road.  Cliff Porter handled the lease negotiations.

Karen McCarthy purchased the 3,024 SF office/retail building at 3101 West Cary Street in the City of Richmond from Donald & Nancy Ikenberry.  Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

Archer Western Contractors Ltd. has leased 31 acres on Richfood Road in Hanover County.  Bob Porter and Kevin Cox handled the lease negotiations.

NewClients Inc. has leased 12,603 SF of office space at 3900 Gaskins Road in Henrico County.  Dick Porter handled the lease negotiations.

CMH Space Flooring Products has leased 5,000 SF of warehouse space at 2395 Hermitage Road in the City of Richmond.  Byron Holmes handled the lease negotiations.

Norman International VA LLC has leased 7,159 SF of office/warehouse space at 305 Ashcake Road in Hanover County.  Kevin Cox handled the lease negotiations.

California Imports LLC purchased the 40,850 SF office/warehouse facility at 11111 Leadbetter Road in Hanover County from American Steel & Aluminum LLC.  Kevin Cox handled the sale negotiations on the buyer’s behalf.

Dick Porter represented Zeller+Gmelin in the acquisition of the ~83k SF industrial facility at 4801 Audubon Drive in Henrico County.  The company specializes in UV printing applications and plans to occupy the new facility in the first quarter of 2011.

Jason Knowles purchased the 2,400 SF office/warehouse unit at 7617 Pocoshock Way in Chesterfield County from NAI Acquisition LLC.  Byron Holmes handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

Clemons Courier Services Inc. has leased 70,000 SF of office/warehouse space at 14143 North Washington Highway in Hanover County.  Bob Porter handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
