NYW Enterprise LLC has purchased the 145,706 SF facility at 5700 Lewis Road in Henrico County’s East End.  Bob Porter and Cliff Porter handled the marketing and sale negotiations on the seller’s behalf, and Dick Porter represented the buyer.

The purchase represents an expansion for the buyer, whose parent company New York-based New Yung Wah Trading LLC, has an existing operation on Eubank Road in Henrico County, which they will continue to operate.
