Forward Air Solutions Inc. has leased 47,858 SF in Building C of the Airport Distribution Center, located in Henrico County’s East End.  Cliff Porter handled the lease negotiations.  Graham & Company developed the site, which includes four buildings totaling ~700,000 SF of high bay space.  Phase I (Building C) is complete and consists of 115,957 SF with ~20,240 SF remaining for lease.  Phase II includes 202,550 SF proposed in Building D, with an average bay size of 13,000 SF and 4 docks per bay.
