Hanover Air Park Facility Leased to Homestead Materials
Homestead Materials Handling Co, a division of Jefferds Corp, has leased 18,865 SF of office/warehouse space at 11250 Hopson Road in Hanover County. Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the landlord’s behalf, and Wilson Flohr represented the tenant.
