RVA Scott’s Addition/Diamond Area Industrial Complex Sold
Westwood Investment Group LLC has purchased the 120,000 square foot office/warehouse complex at 2029-2031 Westwood Avenue in the City of Richmond from the Estate of Stephen Fenyes. Dick Porter of Porter Realty and Motley’s Asset Disposition Group handled the negotiations on behalf of the seller.
