Virginia Center Technology Park Modern Industrial Facility Sold
1000 Tech Park Dr LLC has purchased the 63,289 square foot facility at 1000 Technology Park Drive in Henrico County from KHS America Inc. Formerly occupied by Hohner Inc., the facility includes 17,938 square feet of two-story office as well as mezzanine space, all situated on more than 9 acres. Dick Porter and Kevin Cox represented the seller, and Cliff Porter handled the negotiations on the buyer’s behalf.
