RL Painting & Carpentry Inc. has purchased the 5,518 SF office/warehouse at 235 Arcadia Street in the City of Richmond from Toni McDavid.  Byron Holmes handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

NorAm International Partners, a logistics provider to one of the world’s largest e-commerce companies, has leased 34,095 SF office/warehouse space at 7510-7512 Whitepine Road in Chesterfield County.  Dick Porter handled the negotiations on the tenant’s behalf.

Heyward Incorporated of Virginia has leased 2,000 SF of office/warehouse at 2410 Granite Ridge Road in Goochland County.  Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.

Class A Performing Arts has leased 3,716 SF office/warehouse space at 6290 Old Warwick Road, just off Midlothian Turnpike in the City of Richmond.  Byron Holmes handled the lease negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.

Baker Distributing Company LLC has leased a 15,910 SF office/warehouse facility at 2110 Tomlynn Street in Henrico County.  Dick Porter handled the negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.

613 Stockton Street LLC has purchased the 3,266 SF building at 613 Stockton Street, located off Commerce Road just south of downtown Richmond.  Cliff Porter and Dick Porter handled the sale negotiations.

Bhavani Fruits & Vegetables LLC has leased 5,535 SF of warehouse space at 8598 Sanford Drive in Henrico County.  Bob Porter handled the negotiations on the tenant’s behalf.

Hudson Industries has leased 2,700 SF of warehouse space at 5450 Lewis Road in Henrico County, proximate to the Richmond International Airport (RIC).  Cliff Porter handled the negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.

Layne Christensen Company has leased 890 SF of office space at 9568 Kings Charter Drive in Hanover County.  Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.

Axia Acquisition Corporation, doing business as Ames Taping Tools, has leased 2,009 SF of office space at 11173 Leadbetter Road in the Hanover Air Park.  Cliff Porter and Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.
