Commonwealth Ventures of Virginia, LLC and Cambridge Escrow & Title Services, LLC have purchased the 1,981 SF office at 6203 Lakeside Avenue in Henrico County from Phillip C. Stewart.  Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

The Designer’s Workshop PLLC has leased 2,476 SF of office space at 465 Southlake Boulevard in Chesterfield County.  Byron Holmes handled the lease negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.

J.B. Hunt Transport Inc. has leased the 26.71-acre site at 17266 Washington Highway in Hanover County.  Dick Porter handled the negotiations on the tenant’s behalf.

DAK Holdings LLC has purchased the 21,144 SF office/warehouse facility at 401 Dabbs House Road in Henrico County from Varina Investors LLC.  Dick Porter handled the negotiations on the buyer’s behalf.

QSI LLC dba Quantum Silicones has leased the 70,000 SF office/warehouse facility at 7820 Whitepine Road in Chesterfield County.  Byron Holmes handled the lease negotiations.

Cupples Products Inc. has leased the 100,000 SF office/warehouse facility at 2001 Ware Bottom Spring Road in Chesterfield County.  Dick Porter handled the marketing and lease negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.

Michael & Kay Erwin have purchased the 2,400 SF warehouse at 1945 East Whitehill Road in Prince George County from Synder’s-Lance Inc.  Byron Holmes handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.
