Capital Financial Partners has leased 1,250 SF of office/warehouse space at 2410 Granite Ridge Road in Goochland County.  Kevin Cox handled the lease negotiations.

Dean Hancock has purchased the 19,100 SF office/warehouse facility at 7501 & 7413 Iron Bridge Road in Chesterfield County.  Byron Holmes handled the sale negotiations on the buyer’s behalf.

John Street has purchased the 2,862 SF office/warehouse condominium at 3532 Mayland Court in Henrico County.  Byron Holmes handled the sale negotiations.

Manistee Tahoe LLC has purchased the 16,014 SF office/warehouse facility at 2214 Westwood Avenue in Henrico County.  Bob Porter handled the sale negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

NTS LLC has purchased the 10,092 SF office/warehouse facility at 111 North Otterdale Road in Chesterfield County from Lonnie Farmer.  Byron Holmes handled the sale negotiations.

Gobies Towing has leased 7,450 SF of flex space at 11189 Leadbetter Road in Hanover County.  Kevin Cox handled the lease negotiations.

Imani Christian Ministries has leased 8,320 office/warehouse space at 4508 Oakleys Lane in Henrico County.  Kevin Cox handled the lease negotiations.

Freyssinet Inc. has leased 3,788 SF of warehouse space at 1136 Hermitage Road in the City of Richmond.  Byron Holmes handled the lease negotiations.

Thunder Properties LLC purchased the 12,512 SF office/warehouse facility at 11293 Air Park Road in Hanover County from South Atlantic Properties LLC.  Kevin Cox handled the negotiations on the seller’s behalf.

Cassell Ventures LLC purchased the 15,910 SF office/warehouse facility at 2110 Tomlynn Street in Henrico County from Richmon Investments Tomlynn LLC.  Dick Porter handled the sale negotiations.

Daniel Moreka purchased the carwash facilities at 5223 Midlothian Turnpike and 3704 Hull Street Road, both located in the City of Richmond.  Byron Holmes handled the sale negotiations.

Thomas & Brenda Ellis purchased the 6,240 SF office/warehouse facility at 14440 Sommerville Court in Chesterfield County from Carnation Associates LLC.  Byron Holmes handled the sale negotiations on the buyer’s behalf.

Forward Air Solutions Inc. has leased 47,858 SF in Building C of the Airport Distribution Center, located in Henrico County’s East End.  Cliff Porter handled the lease negotiations.  Graham & Company developed the site, which includes four buildings totaling ~700,000 SF of high bay space.  Phase I (Building C) is complete and consists of 115,957 SF with ~20,240 SF remaining for lease.  Phase II includes 202,550 SF proposed in Building D, with an average bay size of 13,000 SF and 4 docks per bay.
